FDA / Healthcare - Preeminent International Law Firm seeks an FDA / Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Associate Attorney to join their Washington DC office. Interested parties must bring 3 to 5 years of focused stable experience in healthcare regulatory matters in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry. This position offers strong direct client responsibility encompassing a wide range of issues. Additionally experience in any or all of the following would be considered helpful: providing advice to client's Legal and Compliance Departments, Marketing Departments, Medical Affairs groups, and others on fraud and abuse/antikickback issues, compliance with the PhRMA Code and AdvaMed Code; continuing Medical Education (CME) issues; pricing and rebate issues (prior experience preferred); compliance with Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs); state aggregate spend and reporting requirements; drafting compliance policies, and creating compliance training programs. Potential candidates must further present exceptional communication skills, top academic credentials and affiliation with a prominent FDA / Healthcare practice.
